PARTICIPACIÓN Y AUTORIZACIÓN DE USO DE IMAGEN Y MARCA

ACEPTACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS
Al registrarse y/o participar en este evento, el participante declara haber leído, entendido y aceptado estos Términos y Condiciones en su totalidad.
RESPONSABILIDAD
El participante libera a los organizadores de cualquier reclamo relacionado con:
- Uso de imagen autorizado
- Uso de logo o marca proporcionada voluntariamente (sponsors, participantes, asistentes)
- Supervisión, cuidado o seguridad directa de los menores de edad
- Lesiones accidentales
- Pérdidas de objetos
- Situaciones inesperadas
Siempre que dicho uso se mantenga dentro de los fines establecidos. Y, a menos de que exista la notificación por escrito que no desean participar.
Uso de imagen autorizado:
El participante autoriza de manera expresa, voluntaria y gratuita a los organizadores del evento a capturar, utilizar y difundir su imagen, voz y/o participación (fotografías, videos, audios u otros formatos).
La autorización incluye el uso de imagen y marca en medios digitales, impresos y audiovisuales, sin limitación territorial y durante el período necesario para fines promocionales del evento y sus futuras ediciones.
Esto incluye el uso en:
- Redes sociales
- Material promocional y publicitario
- Páginas web
- Medios digitales o impresos
Si no deseas aparecer, por favor avísanos con antelación escribiendo a speakfluence.utah@gmail.com y con gusto lo respetaremos. Este aviso debe hacerse a menos de 24 horas antes del evento; de lo contrario entenderemos que aceptas estas condiciones.
El participante declara que:
- No recibirá compensación económica por el uso de su imagen o marca
- Su participación es voluntaria
Uso de logo/marca:
Al participar, el asistente, empresa o emprendedor autoriza el uso de:
- Nombre comercial
- Logo
- Marca
- Material gráfico entregado
con fines de:
- Promoción del evento
- Difusión en redes sociales
- Material audiovisual o institucional
El participante acepta que el material captado podrá ser:
- Editado
- Adaptado
- Reproducido
Sin requerir aprobación previa del resultado final, siempre manteniendo un uso respetuoso y profesional.
Participación de menores:
En caso de que el participante asista acompañado de menores de edad (menores de 18 años), se aplicarán las siguientes condiciones:
- El padre, madre o tutor legal declara ser responsable del menor durante todo el evento.
- El adulto autoriza de forma expresa el uso de la imagen del menor en los mismos términos establecidos en este documento (fotografías, video, material promocional, etc.).
- Si el padre, madre o tutor NO desea que el menor aparezca en material audiovisual, deberá notificarlo por escrito a los organizadores antes del evento.
Los organizadores:
- No se hacen responsables del cuidado, supervisión o seguridad directa de los menores durante el evento.
- Recomiendan que los menores estén bajo supervisión constante de un adulto responsable.
El participante exonera a los organizadores de cualquier responsabilidad derivada de:
- Accidentes
- Pérdidas
- Situaciones relacionadas con la supervisión de menores
Los organizadores se comprometen a utilizar las imágenes y marcas de manera:
- Ética
- Profesional
- Alineada con los valores del evento
Lecciones Accidentales:
El participante reconoce y acepta que su asistencia y participación en el evento implica ciertos riesgos inherentes, incluyendo, pero no limitados a, accidentes, lesiones físicas, caídas, o situaciones derivadas de la interacción con otros asistentes o el entorno del evento.
El participante:
- Asume plena responsabilidad por cualquier lesión personal que pudiera ocurrir durante el evento.
- Libera a los organizadores, patrocinadores, aliados, voluntarios y al lugar del evento de cualquier responsabilidad derivada de dichas lesiones, salvo en casos de negligencia grave comprobada.
Pérdida o Daño de Objetos Personales
Los organizadores no se hacen responsables por la pérdida, robo o daño de objetos personales durante el evento.
El participante:
- Es responsable de la custodia y seguridad de sus pertenencias en todo momento.
- Acepta que la participación en el evento implica un riesgo personal en relación con sus objetos de valor.
Se recomienda evitar llevar objetos de alto valor o mantenerlos bajo supervisión directa.
Situaciones Inesperadas o Fuerza Mayor
Los organizadores no serán responsables por eventos fuera de su control que puedan afectar el desarrollo normal del evento, incluyendo, pero no limitados a:
- Condiciones climáticas adversas
- Emergencias sanitarias o de salud pública
- Fallas técnicas o interrupciones externas
- Cambios regulatorios o disposiciones gubernamentales
- Cualquier otra circunstancia imprevista
En tales casos:
- El evento podrá ser modificado, reprogramado o cancelado sin que esto genere responsabilidad legal para los organizadores.
- Se tomarán medidas razonables para comunicar cambios a los participantes de manera oportuna.
LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE
Este acuerdo se regirá por las leyes del Estado de Utah, Estados Unidos.

LIABILITY
The participant releases the organizers from any claims related to:
- Authorized use of image
- Use of logo or brand voluntarily provided (by sponsors, participants, or attendees)
- Supervision, care, or direct safety of minors
- Accidental injuries
- Loss of personal belongings
- Unforeseen circumstances
As long as such use remains within the purposes established herein, and unless written notice is provided indicating the participant does not wish to be included.
AUTHORIZED USE OF IMAGE
The participant expressly, voluntarily, and without compensation authorizes the event organizers to capture, use, and distribute their image, voice, and/or participation (including photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other formats).
This authorization includes use across digital, printed, and audiovisual media, without geographic limitation, and for the duration necessary to promote the event and its future editions.
This includes use in:
- Social media
- Promotional and advertising materials
- Websites
- Digital and printed media
If you do not wish to appear in any of this content, please notify us in advance by emailing speakfluence.utah@gmail.com, and your request will be respected. This notice must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event; otherwise, your participation will be understood as acceptance of these conditions.
The participant acknowledges that:
- No financial compensation will be provided for the use of their image or brand
- Participation is voluntary
USE OF LOGO / BRAND
By participating, the attendee, business, or entrepreneur authorizes the use of:
- Trade name
- Logo
- Brand identity
- Submitted graphic materials
For purposes including:
- Event promotion
- Social media exposure
- Audiovisual or institutional materials
The participant agrees that any captured material may be:
- Edited
- Adapted
- Reproduced
Without prior approval, provided it is used respectfully and professionally.
PARTICIPATION OF MINORS
If a participant attends the event with minors (under 18 years of age), the following conditions apply:
- The parent or legal guardian declares full responsibility for the minor throughout the event.
- The adult grants permission for the minor’s image to be used under the same terms outlined in this document (photographs, video, promotional materials, etc.).
- If the parent or guardian does NOT wish the minor to appear in audiovisual materials, they must notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.
The organizers:
- Are not responsible for the care, supervision, or direct safety of minors during the event.
- Recommend that minors remain under constant supervision of a responsible adult.
The participant releases the organizers from any liability arising from:
- Accidents
- Losses
- Situations related to the supervision of minors
The organizers commit to using images and brands in a manner that is:
- Ethical
- Professional
- Aligned with the values of the event
ACCIDENTAL INJURIES
The participant acknowledges and accepts that attending and participating in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, physical injuries, falls, or situations arising from interaction with other attendees or the event environment.
The participant:
- Assumes full responsibility for any personal injury that may occur during the event.
- Releases the organizers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and venue from any liability related to such injuries, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event.
The participant:
- Is solely responsible for the care and security of their belongings at all times.
- Acknowledges that participation in the event involves personal risk regarding valuable items.
It is recommended to avoid bringing high-value items or to keep them under direct supervision.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES / FORCE MAJEURE
The organizers shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control that may affect the normal execution of the event, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Public health or safety emergencies
- Technical failures or external disruptions
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Any other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases:
- The event may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled without legal liability for the organizers.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes to participants in a timely manner.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
